我的预产期在12月底。请问我可以休多少天产假呢？我老板(小公司)说无论休息多长时间都行，只是休息期间没有工资。
但我还是有些担心，如果休息半年，我的H1签证会不会失效呢？
请知情人帮忙。

我太太去年休过产假，联邦政府规定是3个月的无薪假，
