Anybody has the similar situdation? Labor card application has been submitted over a year, EB2 special handing. The case has been turned to backlog center. No 45-day letter yet. H-1B the second year.
The lawer said there is no print version of ad in my file, since there was no such version of ad while school recruited me. There was only an elctronic version. Does my case really need one printed ad in journal? Any argument will be helpful in this case?
