I filed RIR case in 2002 and still wait
for it. But I notice that my previous attorney put
incorrect info. about my previous employment history.
I joined my current company in Jan, 2001, before that,
I worked from Jan,2000-July, 2000 in company A and
July, 2000-Jan,2001 in company B, then joinin my
current company in Jan, 2001. But My previous attorney
put Jan, 2000-Jan, 2001 in Company A, never mentioned
company B. I have master's degree and the Adv. request
MS+0 year experiences.
So I want to know when I file my 140, do
I have to put the real data, Jan/2000-July/2000 in
company A, July,2000-Jan/2001 in company B or just put
the info. as same as the data from
RIR(Jan/2000-Jan/2001 in company A)?
