I am H-1B, 140 approved, 485 pending, EB2. by the beginning of march, i will be able to change job using ac-21. the job I used to apply for 140 is accounting oriented. job deion includes financial statement analysis, information system consulting and tax. i'd like to work for a bank either in commercial banking area or investment banking.
1. how can I varify that there are similarities in the job deions;
2. If I work as an independent contract for a company owned by myself, will I be able to write a letter for myself to varify that the two jobs are similar to each other?
3. has anyone done AC-21 by himself/herself?
Please share the info. My attorney asked for 500usd just for preparing the sample letter.
