1. Moved several times in the past (either before or after 9/11) but never
filed an address change form, even I don't remember ever registering with
INS.
2. Never filed I-140 or I-485, just starting Perm now. I-140 or I-485 will
use my current address, I believe.
3. Canada immigration pending, may need to land Canada the next summer.
4. My attorney suggested to file an address change just because I moved from
LA to Bay Area due to job change recently.
My question: Is it really necessary to file AR-11 in my case? If INS found that I never report my previous movings, will I be in trouble ? Is it going to be Ok if I just let it be ?
