I moved to a new position and i have a perm pending case in my old company.
I want to give it up but still getting bill from the immigration attorney.
What do I do ? My old company paid the initial installation fee($1500) and I pay $100/month until finally getting my GC, as stated in my agreement with the attorney. Could I just get out of it? I know there is no way I can continue the case since I left the company and the sponsoring position.
Any opinion ?
