I got my I140 approved and submitted the EAD renewal for my wife. But I got a receipt of further evidence.
It is said "If you re a spouse or a dependent of a person that has filed or has an approved Form I-140, or I-526 or I-360. Submit evidence of the filing or approval along with the principal's alien registration number and documentation as to your relationship. Such evidence for determining relationship can be, but not limited to a copy of a marriage certificates and/or birth certificates.". My understanding is that we need to submit the following materials:

1) My I-140 approval notice as well as I-485 receipt (with Alien number);

2) Our marriage certificate showing the relationship.
We do have the notarized marriage certificate (in Chinese and English) used for I-485. I do not know whether it is enough or have to find a translator or company to do a certified translation.

In the letter from USCIS it is said "If any document is not in English it must be submitted along with a certified English translation. The translator must certify that he/she is competent to perform the translation and that the translation is accurate. Translations submitted without related foreign-language documents are not acceptable".

Any experience or suggestion is highly appreciated.
