The original RFE notice was undeliverable because USCIS did not update the address in the case. Eventually, they resent and I got it today. I have a few questions here:
1. Original notice said the due date was April 18. But they resent it (with a new cover letter) on May 6. However, the new cover letter does not mention the due date and only says "your case is currently awaiting your completion of this process". Is it normal if I just submit everything asap?
2. Evidences include two parts: the first is I797 notices and the second is to "submit current documentary evidence which establishes that you continue to be engaged in the occupation that is the basis of your national interest waiver. Such evidence may include, but is not limited to: a currently dated letter from your present employer;copies of recent and/or ongoing publications or research; copies of recent awards, grants or fellowships; or other such documentation confirming that you intent to carry out the terms and conditions of the underlying Form I-140 immigrant visa petition.". The reason is that I submitted the self nomination state and petition too early. Now my question is how to draft the letter from the present employer since the others seem pretty regular....
