I saw the expedite criteria posted on www.uscis.gov and have a question about it.
It says "Nonprofit status of requesting organization in furtherance of the cultural and social interests of the United States". Does public university have the nonprofit status of requesting organization? Is teaching the cultural and social interest? Can my university something for me (as a faculty member) based on this?
