Hello, all.
I am going to do H1 transfer. But I could not find the I-94 issued to me on my last entry to the U.S. At that time, I was an F1 and I didn't leave U.S. after that.
I do have an I-94 at the bottom portion of my H1 approval notice.
Does any one know what I can do in this situation? I did some research online, and found I probably need to file I-102. If that is the case, can I file it with my H1 petition together?
