Hi,
I am H1b worker. The job requires at least a bachelor's degree.
I have a U.S. Master's degree but I don't have a bachelor's degree
(I attened a two-year college).
My salary is above prevailing wage. I am wondering whether I am
qualified for EB3. Literally speaking, EB3 requires a bachelor's
degree accoring to uscis.gov. I am wondering whether it is possible
to use my U.S. Master's degree as the fulfillment of EB3 professional
requirement.
