TSC received my response to the RFE on jan.03 and approved my case on Jan.04. My RFE asked for further evidence for the second and third throngs, almost like an intention to deny. I submitted 8 additional recommendation letters, four from government research agencies(US army laboratory, DARPA,NASA), two indenpent professors, my boss and the director of my research center. I also submitted two new publications(published in Oct.05 and Jan.06) and a travel award.
