My I140 was approved on Jan.04, 2006. My lawyer has received the approval notice a week later. Today, I received an email from uSCIs and the case status changed again as following.

On January 27, 2006, the document we made based on the approval or
registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.

status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision or
advice from USCIS within the projected processing time frame*, please
