My company (a US oil major) want to give me a 3-4 year assignment to East Asia. I filed I140 and I485 with NIW petition at the end of 2004. My I140 was approved last May while I485 is still pending. Is there any negative impact to my I485 if I take that assignment? Thanks a lot.
