I just got my Canadian Permenent Resident approved and am planing on landing over there this June. I want to get my F1 stamp in consulate there. As I came to US with a J1 visa and changed to a H1 and then F1 in US, should it have any trouble? It is the 2nd year of my PhD program now and I have a full stipend.
Thanks for any suggestions.
BTW, I heard from our international office here that the F1 visa for chinese may change to 4 year+multi entry. Hopefully it will be true.
