I had broken up with my common-law partner, thus no way to provid her
FBI clearence( interview waived, medical exams, landing fee submitted,
FBI clearance (only mine) submitted ) . I had wrote a letter to the
Canadian Consultate in New York, to declare that my relatoinship with
former common-law partner is over. The immigration officer replied that by
Canadian immigration law , I need to submitt evidences to prove so that
the commom -law partner can be excluded in my application file. My
question is that the common law relationship , no marriage certificate , no any offical documents that I can submit , so what kind "evidence" that can
prove our relationhsip is over ?

Thank you so much for help .

Happy New Year , and ALL TH GOOD LUCK IN THE NEW YEAR !
