I have received the "Confirmation of Permant Residence" form (IMM 5292)

some of the iteams I don't understand,

MARTAL STATUS : 1 ---- does this mean "Single" ?

FAMILY STATUS : 1 --- does this mean "only myself in the family"

Those datas are important to me , I am checking it for no errors before my departure to Canada as Canadian officer's letter suggested .

Please give me the answer pls.
