I140 submitted in Augst 2004
I485 submitted in oct 2004
my hu*****and and I got first fingerprinting in April 2005
I140 was approved in May 2005.I485 still pending
my question is:my son was born May 1991. when we got our first fingerprinting he was younger than 14 years old.now he is over 14 year.does he have to get fingerprinting before our I485 approving?How to get the fingerprinting notice for him?what should we do before I485 approving?thanks a lot for your answers and God blessing you.
