I called USCIS last month about our I485 and reiceved a letter today.The letter said:

Type of service rquested: Case status--outside processing time.
The status of this service rquested is:
the processing of your application to register permanent residence or adjust status(form I485)is on hold because there are currently no visas available for employment based.3rd preference skilled workers(E31),professionals(E32) and for other workers/unskilled worker(EW3).please do not contact this office as we are closely monitoring the visa bulletin.once the visas become available,we will continue processing your case.
anybody can explain if my case has been complete just waiting for the vise number? or name check?
