I was married to an American citizen and sent in my conditional green card removal in Jan. Last sept, I was arrested for domestic dispute and I stayed in jail overnight and I was let go early next morning due to lack of evidence. (I really didn't do anything..just fought very loud and someone called police) So I was not charged, no conviction either. My question is: will that affect my unconditional green card application.
