I have the following situation and I want to know whether I am eligible for the
7th year H-1B extension. Please help:
PERM was filed in later August 2005 and was approved at the end of September. Didn't catch the last train of concurrent filing of I-140 and 485.
I-140 was filed in October and was approved in December.
My H-1B 6th year will expire at the end of April, 2006 and I am anxious to know whether I am eliglble for H-1B 7th year extension. If so, it's one year at
a time or 3 years at a time?
