The bank information shows the fee has been withdrawn, but the receipt has not come yet.

Question:

1. Does that mean the process of application has started and the applicant's status is in so-called "pending"?

2. How fast could the receipt be delivered?

3. If the receipt doesn't come in time, can I call them to ask? What number should I call at?
