Does anyone have Notarial certificate about work experience in China issued from some China Notary office? What kind of material is needed to appliy for it? What it say?

I got a RFE asking me to provide evidence to prove I have required months work experience. I'd like to provide this kind of notarial certicate to show them I had one year work experience in China. Is this certificate good enough to overcome this RFE?
