I have a question about green card. My aunt got her green card through her daughter in 1998. She lived most of the time in US from 1998 to 2005. But she also went back to China several times during that period of time. In Feb. 2005 she went back to China without applying any advance parol, and stayed there since then. Now she wants to come back to US, but she already left US for more than 1 year (13 months). Will she be able to come back with her green card, or her green card already expired and she has to apply for a B-2 visa if she really want to come back? thank you very much for your help!
