experts, I have a question about job transfer beyond 6 years. I work for company A on my 6th year H1B. Since I have a LC pending for more than 1 year, so I can extend my H1B without problem if I still work for company A after 6 years H1b expired. But I am so concern about job security for company A, so I got an offer from company B.(similar job, same state) I am wondering can I do an extension after 6 years in company B? Although company B will file PERM for me as soon as possilbe, but it will still be less than 1 year for GC application from company B, or since I have a pending LC from company A, it will still be OK? Do I need to wait to get LC and I-140 approved before I can move to other company consider I am in my 6th year H1B? thanks a lot!
