Can EAD be self-employed? eadused2006-03-21 18:37:32

Hi,

I used 485 pending EAD and worked for Company A,
and got $5000 consulting fee from Company B on 2005.

Now I use Turbo Tax to file 2005 tax, and find that consulting fee is belong to self-employed.


Can 485 pending EAD be used for self-employed consulting?

I used EAD last year and this year

No problem, an EAD is like a GC in terms of employment

我在拿GC之前就用EAD self-employed, 不过我是婚姻GC。
