My perm labor was approved. but what the attorney put it there was minimum requirement bachelor + 3 yrs experience, however the alternative requirement is Master + 0yr experience.
I asked her if that would cause the 140 become an EB3, she said they will file it as EB2. I am confused. What's ur comment?
