I am working as a postdoc in my OPT period (from May 2005 to May 2006). I have got my H1B for this postdoc position in a university, which will become effective on May. I just got a job offer in a company and am trying to apply anther H1B for this new position. I am wondering if there is any trouble for me to apply the H1B for this industrial job on April 1? Any comments or suggestions?
