I am a current H1B holder with I140 approval and I 485 pending. the employer is help extending my H1B since my H1B will be expired by may 24. I am afraid the extension will be delayed, so I submitted EAD application today. My question is whether the EAD will affect the approval of my pending H1B or not.
please answer me this tough question and apprecaite any of useful suggestions.
