My I-140 was approvred and 485 is pending because of name check. My wife is H1B visa and will expire in 2007. Her 485 as my dependent is pending too.She went back to China by using AP and her I-94 card is AOS. She lost her job since April 1, 2006. Do you think it is OK for her to stay at home and wait for 485 approve? Thank you.
