My parents filed I-485 on Decemember last year. We have so far not received any finger print notice. But we did receive the notice to interview at the local USCIS office. I called service center several times and no body can do anything.
This is confusing to me. I believe they should get the finger print done and then do the interview. The online status does not even show they mailed out the interview letter. It only showed they received our initial applications. Does anyone have the same experience? What should I do now?
