Help needed! May I sumbit 485 before 05/01/2006? GC-Seeker2006-04-08 04:53:20

The EB2 China had moved forward Jan 2004.
My PD is May, 2003. I can sumbit my 485 next Month.
However, should I have to wait until May 1? If I sumbit my 485 before May 1, will USCIS reject my case?
Is there anybody knew the procedure for USCIS to handle 485 cases for those with immigrant visa number? The FIFO system was based on the initial filing date of 485 or prority date?
