1. After filing I-485, if I travel outside and re-enter the US, can I apply H-1b visa? My lawyer indicated that I must use Advance Parole if I travel outside the US after filing I-485.
2. If I file AP or EAD, but not use them, can I still extend my H-1b (third year) status with the same employer? Can I transfer my H-1b to another employer?
3. If I just file AP and not use it, can I transfer my H-1b to another employer?
