I submit my EB2 PERM in 6/2005 by mail. In Aug. I got a rejection letter stating that my application form did not provide information in more than 20 areas. Both my lawyer and I kept a copy of the document we filed. And it was correct and complete. Maybe the DOL staff screwed up during the data entry, I guess. My lawyer filed an appeal in Aug 2005 and we have heard nothing since then.
Due to this incident, I missed the chance to file 140 when EB2 was still current. Is there anything I can do besides waiting? TKS!
