My attorney asked me to fill I-134 form as part of AOS. Since I had six-digit annual income shown on my employment letter, is it necessary to fill the form to prove my financial capability?
I found this form may have to notarized? Since I had life insurance, bank saving account, house and mortgage, I don’t know where can do the notarization?
