My current status：working for an American school with H1B，140 approved under petition of NIW, October 2005, 485 submitted September 27, 2005.

Question: plan to work temporarily for another school this summer while keeping my current job. What does my summer employee need for me to work legally for them?

Two options. 1) another H1 2) using EAD for both your jobs

Apply for an EAD card b/c your I-485 is pending.
