Hello, I have a case needing advice and help.
I am currently a F1 student and will be graduate this coming summer. I had a job offer and am going to apply for H1b.
I had a fight with my wife and the neighbour called the police. Now I am charged with Domestic Violence. I want to get some information about the possibility of deportation if guilty (plea guilty or found guilty) and the impact on my H1b application. Is anybody here has any information to share with me? I would really appreicate that.
