I am H1B holder. I am going to have my daughter apply her H4 VISA in Beijing. We are not sure how to fill in the item 26 of I-156 form, which is "How long do you intend to stay in the U.S.?". If she fills in "2 monthes", it seems not reasonable. Or should she fills in "with my father" or "it depends"? I appreciate if you could please give us your suggestion.
