I am a beneficiary of approved I-360 application independent applicaiton of domestic violence victim. My pervious I-130 filed by my abusive spouse met the cutoff date. So I filed I-485 to adjust my status as required. I received a request for I-864. I am a beneficiary of approved I-360 application as a battered spouse, should I be exemption of I-864 according 213A? Please help! Many thanks!!!
