My hu*****and(principle applicant) filed I140 and I485 currently and added me as spouse in I485 filing. I am in H1 now. I was wondering 1)if I am laid off ,do I have to transfer to H4 or I can stay with my current status(AOS?). 2)If it is OK for me stay with AOS status, is there any impact on my H1 application if I find a new employer? And in this case, what kind of H1 will apply to me, H1 transfer or new H1? I really appreciate your advice and experience!
