AP was approved on Jan. 20. Unfortunately, approval notice was returned to USCIS on Jan. 25. (Our address did not change at all. ) In stead of sending me the approval notice again, USCIS asked for additional evidence (two photos) to generate another I-512L Travel Document for me. Two photos was sent on March 26. After knowing its approval in January, I booked airticket for May 18. Only fewer than 3 weeks left, I have not received my approval notice.
My questions are:
I currently hold H4 with 485 pending. Can I leave US before I receive my approval notice?
Can I enter US with AP (assuming receiving it later) if I leave US before I reveive it?
Can I apply for H4 in China to come back to US?
