I submitted a I140(EB1b) to VSC on Dec 14 2005, and the case was transferred to NSC. Today I recieve a email as below:
On May 8, 2006, your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was
received here for processing. It is taking between 150 and 180 days for us
to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as
processing is complete.

If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case
status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision or
advice from USCIS within the projected processing time frame*, please
contact the National Customer Service Center.

National Customer Service Center (800) 375-5283.

*The projected processing time frame can be found on the receipt notice
that you received from the USCIS.
*** Please do not respond to this e-mail message.
So sad, My questions are:
1.Does this mean my PD was change to May 08 2006?
2.The process date for NSC is March 2006, why my case need 150-180days?
3.What does the time frame mean? can I asked my employer to find out, she should have my receipt?
Thanks very much for any advice, seems transfer is not a good sign!
