Plan to visit China and do a H1B visa stamp for return. On DS157 form, there is one question asking for"Do You Have Any Specialized Skills or Training, Including Firearms,Explosives, Nuclear, Biological, or Chemical Experience". I am a software engineer for the past 8 years, but my undergraduate major was Biology, and I came US for Chemistry PHD.
For background like this, what is the proper answer? Yes, or no? I am afraid it will definitely trigger a security check if I say yes. But i do not if I am qualifies to say no.
