I'm holding H4 now and it is going to expire 02/04. My hu*****and refuses to renew it for me trying to drive me away and keep my baby. I can try to apply for F1 and H1 but due to the time limit, I'm really afraid I can get it by then. Anyone can help me? I really want to stay here for a while, my baby is only 18 months. if I leave now, i can't see him maybe 10 or 20 years , maybe my lifetime. My heart is broken, Pls pls help me!!
