My I140 was approved and I485 is pending at VSC. I applied EAD card in March 2006 and the RD is March 13 2006. I know I can get my EAD from local office after three month pending. My question is, do I have to wait till June 13 to make an appointment? Should I just call them? Do people usually get next day appointment or have to wait for a while? I need this EAD card badly and want to know when is the latest time I can get an EAD card.
