I (dependent)just graduated this May, I have EAD. I-140 approved, 485pending. My hu*****and want to change job from one University to another University. He will apply for H1 transfer. He want to apply for H4 for me at the same time. the question is, If I get the job, and using EAD work, then I am not a H4, only AOS. or if I get the job, can I work using EAD, at the same time apply for H1 in USA. is it useful to apply for H4.
