Q? Can I apply for I-751 to remove my condition on PRC card now? luckygreenbamboo2006-05-23 15:56:24

I married a citizen in September 2004 and went to interview in March 2005. USCIS didn't aprrove my I-485 right way due to background check. On may 2006, I got a letter from USCIS says my I -485 is approved and about two weeks later, I got my PRC card. September 2006 will be my 2 years marriage anniversary. Can I file I-751 to remove my condition on PRC? Or should I waite untill 90 days befor the expiration date on my PRC card, which is September, 2008?
