TSC NSC maybe started to process the transferred cases poiuy2006-05-24 20:08:39

'cause newly released processing date did not move forward from last update and still stay in Feb. Mar. and Jan, which means they started to process the delayed (transferred) cases. Good news for old applicant but bad for new one.

One thing confused that, VSC is still processing I-140 not stppped at all. USCIS said all I-140 should be transferred to NSC or TSC. CSC has stopped I-140 very early. Why VSC is still doing so?
