I found a job in Uni. A, and they filed my H1transfer one month ago, now I got another offer from Uni.B, the position and pay are much better than A, I accepted the offer from B, now Uni.B starts to do my H1 transfer,, is it Ok? Thanks for any input.

I think you should require A withdraw their transfer application

but they have recieved the receipt from USCIS

write to CIS to ask withdrawning it,attach a copy of receipt
