I had an offer from another company in the city where my gf live. I can not decide now since the new company does not want to sponsor GC but my H1b only has 3 year left. My gf will try to get GC via NIW. I am afraid she may not be able to get it by that time. How I can extend my H1b. Can I use I-130 since my parents are PR, or can I use I140 from current employor if it continues my process after I leave.
